A single ticket to Provence with a collaboration that smells of the South and holidays: the Parisian Maison Ladurée has teamed up for the first time with Château d'Estoublon to create a limited-edition gift box and a gourmet macaron with never-before-seen flavours.
"We've chosen an olive oil that makes for a well-balanced blend, very fruity, a little fresh, moderately acidic and bitter," explains Julien Alvarez, Ladurée's Executive Chef.
