RULES OF THE GIVEAWAY ORGANIZED BY PÂTISSERIE E. LADUREEFrom May 3 to 10, 2024
ARTICLE 1: ORGANIZING COMPANY
The company PÂTISSERIE E. LADUREE, a simplified joint stock company with capital of 372,204 euros, whose registered office is located at 84 avenue d'Iéna - 75116 Paris, registered with the PARIS Trade and Companies Register under number 572 045 540 (hereinafter referred to as "LADUREE" or the "Organizing Company"), is organizing a no-obligation contest entitled "Contest - Le Club Ladurée for Bridgerton" (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") from May 3 to 10, 2024 at 11:59 pm. The company PÂTISSERIE E. LADUREE is represented by Lov & Sweet, itself represented by Mr David HOLDER.
ARTICLE 2: ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE GIVEAWAY
The winner of the giveaway will be contacted by email.
ARTICLE 3: CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The Giveaway is open to all natural persons over the age of majority on the date the Giveaway begins, who are members of the Ladurée Club and reside in metropolitan France (including Corsica) or Monaco, with the exception of employees and representatives of the Organizing Company or related to its group of companies, its partners, and its subcontractors, as well as their advisors and family members, including cohabitants and, in general, any company or natural person participating, directly or indirectly in the establishment or implementation of the Giveaway.
The Organizing Body draws attention to the fact that any minor taking part in the Giveaway is deemed to be participating under the control and with the consent of his/her parents or the holder(s) of parental authority, or failing that, his/her legal guardian(s).
Participation in the Giveaway implies full and unreserved acceptance of the present rules. Any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, falsified, contains false information, does not comply with the rules or is received after the specified date and time of the Contest will be considered null and void and will result in the participant's elimination. Similarly, any participation involving the use of a bot (multiple
computer entries made automatically and repeatedly from the same IP address) will be considered null and void and will result in the elimination of the participant(s). Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the winner's ineligibility. Any fraud or failure to comply with these rules may result in the exclusion of the participant concerned from the Giveaway, with the Organizing Body reserving the right to take legal action against the participant concerned. Any dispute or claim relating to this Giveaway must be made in writing and sent to the Giveaway address, and will not be taken into consideration after a period of one month from the end of the Giveaway.
ARTICLE 4: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The principle and organization of this Giveaway are as follows:
To participate, the Ladurée Club member participant must, from May 3, 2024 to May 10, 2024 at 11:59pm, cumulatively:
- click on the "PARTICIPATE" button contained in the email announcing the Giveaway;
- fill in the Giveaway form, giving their first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, country of residence and zip code
- validate their participation by submitting the form, i.e. by clicking again on "Participate".
The Participant must be available and in Paris on May 14, 2024 to receive his/her prize.
ARTICLE 5: PRIZES UP FOR GRABS
The prize at stake is as follows (hereinafter referred to as the "Prize" or "Event"): Two (2) tickets to the preview organized by NETFLIX of the first part of season 3 of Bridgerton. The winner will be able to attend the event with the person of his/her choice. This Prize will not be exchangeable and will not give rise to any consideration in any form whatsoever in the event that the winner is unable to attend. The winner concerned will be designated after verification of the validity of his/her entry with regard to the criteria detailed in the present rules.The Participant acknowledges that the photographs illustrating the Contest are not contractual. Transportation to the Event is not included in the Prize.

ARTICLE 6: PRIZE ALLOCATION
6.1 Winner draw
A draw will be held on May 10 to select one (1) winner. It will be carried out by an employee of the Organizing Body (or any company appointed by the Organizing Body) in the presence of 2 witnesses.
6.2 Informing the winner and receiving the Prize
The winner designated in the draw will be contacted by the Organizing Body by e-mail to inform him/her of his/her selection in the draw and to notify him/her of his/her Prize.
ARTICLE 7: LIABILITY
The liability of the Organizing Body and Netflix is strictly limited to the delivery of the Prizes to the winners. Participation in the Giveaway implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet, in particular with regard to technical performance, response times for consulting, querying or transferring information, the risks of interruption, and more generally, the risks inherent in any connection and transmission on the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation and the risks of contamination by any viruses circulating on the network. Consequently, the Organizing Body may under no circumstances be held responsible for, without this list being limitative:
1. the transmission and/or reception of any data and/or information on the Internet;
2. any malfunction of the Internet network preventing the proper functioning of the contest.

4. loss of any paper or electronic mail and, more generally, loss of any data;
5. routing problems;
6. the functioning of any software;
7. the consequences of any virus, computer bug, anomaly or technical failure;
8. any damage to a Participant's computer;
9. any technical, hardware or software failure of any kind, which prevents or limits participation in the Giveaway or damages a Participant's system;
10. any malfunction of the Prize distributed as part of the Giveaway, and any direct and/or indirect damage they may cause.

Lastly, the Organizing Body reserves the right, for any reason whatsoever, to cancel, postpone, interrupt or extend the Giveaway, or to modify all or part of the terms and conditions of these rules, in compliance therewith. If, as a result of an event beyond its control, it is forced to apply this right, it shall not be held liable.The Organizing Body reserves the right to definitively exclude any person whose fraudulent behavior interferes with the smooth running of the Giveaway.
ARTICLE 8: PERSONAL DATA
Participants are reminded that in order to take part in the Giveaway, they must provide certain personal information (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.). This information is recorded and saved in a computer file and is necessary to take into account their participation, to determine the winners and to award and send the Prizes. This information is intended for the use of the Organizing Company, and may be transmitted to its technical service providers and to a service provider responsible for sending the Prizes, where applicable. Data collected in this way may be used within the legal framework. Pursuant to Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, and the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter "RGPD") No. 2016/679/EU of April 27, 2016, participants have the rights to access, rectify and delete data concerning them.

ARTICLE 10: APPLICABLE LAW
These rules are governed by French law, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts in the defendant's place of residence.
