RULES OF THE GAME ORGANISED BY PÂTISSERIE E. LADUREE
From 3 to 10 May 2024

ARTICLE 1: ORGANISING COMPANY

PÂTISSERIE E. LADUREE, a société par actions simplifiée (simplified joint stock company) with capital of 372,204 euros, having its registered office at 84 avenue d'Iéna - 75116 Paris, registered with the PARIS Trade and Companies Register under number 572 045 540 (hereinafter referred to as "LADUREE" or the "Organising Company"), is organising from 3 to 10 May 2024 at 11:59 p.m. a game contest entitled "Giveaway - The Ladurée Club for Bridgerton" (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest"). The company PÂTISSERIE E. LADUREE is represented by the company Lov & Sweet, itself represented by Mr David HOLDER.

ARTICLE 2: ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE GAME

The Contest is announced on the Organising Company's Instagram page.

ARTICLE 3: CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The Contest is open to any natural person over the age of majority on the date the Contest begins, with the exception of the employees and representatives of the Organising Company or those affiliated with its group of companies, its partners, and its subcontractors, as well as their advisors and family members, including cohabitants and, in general, any company or natural person participating, directly or indirectly, in the setting up or implementation of the Contest.

The Organising Company draws attention to the fact that any minor taking part in the game is deemed to be taking part under the control and with the consent of his/her parents or the holder(s) of parental authority, or failing that, his/her legal guardian(s).

Participation in the Contest implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules. Any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, falsified, contains false information, does not comply with the rules or is received after the date and time set for the Contest will be considered null and void and will result in the participant's elimination. Similarly, any entry in which the use of a bot (multiple computer entries made automatically and repeatedly from the same IP address) is noted will be considered null and void and will result in the elimination of the participant(s).

Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the winner's ineligibility.

Any fraud or failure to comply with these rules may result in the exclusion of the participant concerned from the Contest, with the Organising Company reserving the right, if necessary, to take legal action against the participant concerned. Any dispute or claim relating to this Contest must be made in writing and sent to the Contest address and may not be taken into consideration after a period of one month from the end of the Contest.

ARTICLE 4: HOW TO TAKE PART IN THE GAME

The principle and organisation of this Contest are as follows:

To take part, participants must, from 3 May 2024 to 10 May 2024 at 11.59pm, cumulatively:

- Subscribe to the Maison Ladurée Instagram account @maisonladuree

- Repost the Contest story by identifying the person of your choice

The Participant must be available and in Paris on 13 May 2024 to benefit from his/her prize.

ARTICLE 5: PRIZES

The prize at stake is as follows (hereinafter referred to as the "Prize" or "Event"):

Two (2) tickets for the preview organised by NETFLIX of the first part of season 3 of The Bridgerton Chronicle. The winner will be able to attend the event with the person of their choice.

This Prize will not be exchangeable and may not give rise to any consideration in any form whatsoever in the event that it is impossible to attend.

The winner concerned will be designated after verification of the validity of his/her entry with regard to the criteria detailed in these rules.

The Participant acknowledges that the photographs illustrating the Contest are not contractual.

Transport to the Event is not included in the Prize.

ARTICLE 6: ALLOCATION OF PRIZE

6.1 Winner draw

A draw will be organised on 10 May and will designate one (1) winner. It will be carried out by an employee of the Organising Company (or any company appointed by the Organising Company) in the presence of 2 witnesses.

6.2 Informing the winner and receiving the Prize

The winner of the prize draw will be contacted by the Organising Company by email to inform him/her of his/her selection in the prize draw and to notify him/her of his/her Prize.

ARTICLE 7: LIABILITY

The liability of the Organising Company and Netflix is strictly limited to delivering the Prize to the winner.

Participation in the Game implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet, in particular as regards technical performance, response times for consulting, querying or transferring information, the risks of interruption, and more generally, the risks inherent in any

connection and transmission on the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation and the risks of contamination by any viruses circulating on the network. Consequently, the Organising Company may not under any circumstances be held responsible for, without this list being limitative:

1. the transmission and/or reception of any data and/or information on the Internet ;

2. any malfunction of the Internet network preventing the proper running/functioning of the Game;

3. failure of any reception equipment or communication lines ;

4. the loss of any paper or electronic mail and, more generally, the loss of any data;

5. routing problems ;

6. the operation of any software ;

7. the consequences of any virus, computer bug, anomaly or technical failure;

8. any damage caused to a Participant's computer;

9. any technical, hardware or software failure of any kind whatsoever that prevents or limits participation in the Game or damages a Participant's system;

10. the malfunctioning of the Prize distributed as part of the game, and any direct and/or indirect damage that they may cause.

Lastly, the Organising Company reserves the right, for any reason whatsoever, to cancel, postpone, interrupt or extend the Contest or to modify all or part of the terms and conditions of these Rules, in compliance with these Rules. If, as a result of an event beyond its control, it is forced to apply this right, it may not be held liable.

The Organising Company reserves the right to definitively exclude any person whose fraudulent behaviour interferes with the proper running of the Game.

ARTICLE 8: PERSONAL DATA

Participants are reminded that in order to take part in the Game, they must provide certain personal information about themselves (name, address, telephone number, email address, etc.). This information is recorded and saved in a computer file and is necessary to take into account their participation, to determine the winners and to award and send the Prizes. This information is intended for the use of the Organising Company, and may be transmitted to its technical service providers and to a service provider responsible for sending the Prizes, where applicable. The data collected in this way may be used within the legal framework.

Pursuant to Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties, and the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter "RGPD") no. 2016/679/EU of 27 April 2016, participants have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning them.

The User may exercise these rights:

The User also has the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

ARTICLE 9: COPY OF THE RULES

These rules will be available on the Organising Company's digital catalogue.

ARTICLE 10: APPLICABLE LAW

These rules are governed by French law, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts in the defendant's place of residence.
