Discover Eugénie: a crunchy chocolate shell, a melting heart and a gluten-free shortbread biscuit. The range is declined in 8 recipes and is presented in boxes with a "toile de Jouy" pattern with well hidden drawings of pastries, a wink to the know-how of Ladurée. 

Ingredients : white chocolate (cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, sugar, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla extract), MILK cream, sugar, BUTTER, rice flour, dark chocolate (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, vanilla extract), milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa beans, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), glucose syrup, ALMOND, PISTACHIO, EGG white, starch, blackcurrant, lychee, mandarin, MILK, pineapple, grapefruit, cocoa butter, water, black and green teas, orange, rose, vanilla, lemon, salt, maltodextrin, rose essential oil, aromas, concentrates of tumeric, radish, blackcurrant, apple, spirulina, carrot and hibiscus, acidifier: (E330). 

We recommend to keep Eugenie in a dry place at room temperature (maximum 18°C).
The Eugenie can be kept for 7 weeks. To guarantee their organoleptic qualities, our Eugenias are without preservatives and have been frozen according to the techniques. Do not refreeze.
