Iconic creation of Maison Ladurée, the macaron is revisited in the form of a surprising pastry. Caramel-coloured, the macaron is garnished with oven-roasted apples, coated with a creamy cream infused with tonka beans and topped with a runny caramel. In a crunchy touch, a Florentine with almonds is delicately placed on top of this irresistible pastry.
